BAT Anti-Collision Radar Module
The bat is equipped with high-precision ranging radar in the front, back, left and right directions, which can monitor the obstacle distance in real time within the effective range and send an emergency braking signal to the equipment before the danger occurs, so that the equipment can stop running and prevent damage to people or equipment.
The anti-collision module can be mounted on the robot’s head, which can identify the sudden intrusion of obstacles, send a stop signal to the equipment, and braking in a short distance to protect the safety of the working environment. The user can set the braking distance in four directions according to the device’s movement status, and can turn on and off the ranging function at will.
It has high accuracy, a resolution of 1mm, blind zone as low as 1.5cm, 27° FOV angle, and can read all sensing and ranging information by connecting multiple sensors in RS-422 through a communication interface. At the same time, the module adopts an independent plug-in mode, which can be installed on the top of the head or the left and two sides of the trolley according to the different equipment scenarios.
