This is a rail‑based robotic camera system. No matter how extreme the setup or visual demands may be, Penguin consistently delivers with its powerful modularity and practical, ready‑to‑deploy design.

 

 

Design of Modularity

 

The dolly, elevation column, and remote head are fully independent modules. Each can work alone or combine with others without disrupting the entire system. For example: mount the head directly on the dolly for low angle shots, or on the column for a fixed position.

 

              

 

 

 

Track Flexibility: Straight & Curved

 

It adapts to any track layout—straight, curved, or a mix of both. Constructed from aviation grade aluminum, the tracks are precise, strong, and resistant to warping or aging over time.

 

               

 

 

Speed & Quiet Operation

 

The dolly reaches up to 3.5 meters per second with exceptional noise control. It’s ideal for sports (like swimming), entertainment, conferences, and studio environments.

 

               

 

 

2-Axis, Gyro-stabilized Head and More

 

It works with virtually all pan tilt heads, including standard studio heads, high torque heads for teleprompters, gyro stabilized high precision heads, and PTZ heads. This versatility covers almost every camera type.

 

               

 

 

Ground Setup & Ceiling Setup

 

Tracks can be placed on the floor or ceiling mounted. The system fits smoothly into both early studio design phases and later equipment upgrades.

Penguin ensures full life cycle safety with end of track proximity radar, hydraulic dampers, multi direction following radar, motor torque monitoring, and software position limits—keeping operations safe and reliable.

 

 

 

Precise Virtual Tracking

 

It outputs stable, accurate virtual tracking data via the Free D protocol, compatible with major rendering engines. Perfect for VR and XR production.

 

               

 

 

Centralized Camera Control

 

With its remote panel, it integrates into multi camera setups for unified shot scripting. One cameraman can manage the entire studio production.
